RUTH ARLENE LOPER (nee YOCKEY) of Santa Ynez, CA died July 21, 2025 at the age of 100. She and her husband, Frank Loper, established the Loper Funeral Chapel in 1972 in the Santa Ynez Valley. Upon his death, Ruth continued to own and operate the business with her son, Don, as well as her grandsons, John, Jacob, David and Peter.
