WM. ROWEN GRANT

WM. ROWEN GRANT JR of Mebane, NC formerly of Southampton, PA died January 6, 2022 at the age of 89. A fourth-generation funeral director, he worked at the Wm. Rowen Grant Funeral Home, which his grandfather established in the 1870's. Upon his retirement, Grant Jr moved to North Carolina with his family and worked for the McClure Funeral Service in Graham and Mebane for many years as a funeral director and lay minister. He graduated from the Eckels College of Mortuary Science.
