WILLIAM H. “BILL” SHIELDS

WILLIAM H. “BILL” SHIELDS of Findlay, OH died December 2, 2022 at the age of 75. He joined his father, Joseph W. Shields at the Shields Funeral Home in 1968 as a funeral director. Bill purchased it in 1984 and continued to own and operate the business until selling it in 2005. He continued to work at the Clark Funeral Home until 2011, when he retired after serving 43 years in the industry. A graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association.
