WILLIAM C. "BILLY" HARWELL

WILLIAM C. "BILLY" HARWELL of Covington, GA died March 14, 2014 at the age of 74. He worked alongside his father, Charles Harwell and his brother Jack as a fourth generation funeral director at J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home, a company established by his great grandfather in 1893. After his father retired, he owned and operated the family business until his retirement in 2003. He graduated from the Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in 1975.
