WILLIAM F. "BILL" HARRIS

WILLIAM F. "BILL" HARRIS of Shelby, MI died August 30, 2016 at the age of 91. He began working at Sullivan Funeral Home in Grand Rapids and later was employed at Lee Funeral Home in Muskegon Heights. He and his wife, Irene Schroeder became a partner of Burton Cooper in 1961 and sole owner in 1963. Harris operated the funeral home and ambulance service for many years. He was a graduate of the college of mortuary science at Wayne State University.
