VEARL M. FRANKE of Latrobe, PA died October 11, 2017 at the age of 73. A licensed Pennsylvania, Illinois and West Virginia funeral director, he retired in 1998 after 24 years in the business. He graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.
