TIMOTHY L. NICHOLSON of Carrier Mills, IL died October 8, 2021 at the age of 64. A longtime funeral director and embalmer, he co-owned Absher-Nicholson Funeral Home. A 1977 graduate of the Southern Illinois University School of Mortuary Science, Nicholson was treasurer of the Salem Cemetery Association and Providence Cemetery Association.
