TIMOTHY "POPS" DULANY

TIMOTHY "POPS" DULANY of Shreveport, LA died February 26, 2018 at the age of 69. He worked in the funeral business for over 50 years, having served as manager of operations for Osborn Funeral Home, a firm that he has been working at since 1982. A graduate of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, he was elected Funeral Director of the Year for the 1997-1998 by the North Louisiana Funeral Directors Association. Tim was a member of the International Order of the Golden Rule, the Northwest Funeral Directors Association, and the Louisiana Funeral Directors Association, where he served as treasurer in 2015, chairman of the finance committee and was appointed president in 2017.
