THOMAS ARTHUR WELSH

THOMAS ARTHUR WELSH of McAlester, OK died January 11, 2015 at the age of 72. He worked for the Mills Family of Funeral Homes for more than 30 years as a district manager; serving 12 funeral homes and one cemetery. As a senior in high school, he participated in the distributive education program, obtaining his first job in the funeral business at the age of 16. He was a member of the National Funeral Directors Association. He attended the Dallas School of Mortuary Science and was the youngest graduate in school history.
