STEVEN WILLIAM MILLS of McMechen, WV died October 13, 2014 at the age of 59. He was a funeral director and embalmer with Kirby/Vance Funeral Home, Moundsville, WV; Altmeyer Funeral Homes, Wheeling, WV, Lohr and Barb Funeral Home, Elkins, WV; Smith Funeral Home, Keyser, WV; and most recently Kepner Funeral Homes, Wheeling, WV. He graduated from the Cincinnati Institute of Mortuary Science.
