STEPHEN WRAY MURDOCK

STEPHEN WRAY MURDOCK of Perry, IA died June 9, 2022 at the age of 72. He began working at Westover Funeral Home in Des Moines, IA. In 1978, Steve and his wife, Joyce purchased Timeon Funeral Homes in Perry and Yale. Since 1990, they solely ran Murdock Funeral Home in Perry. A 1975 graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the Iowa Funeral Directors Association, where he was awarded his ruby pin for 40 years of service in 2016.
