STEPHEN P. “STEVE” AXELSON of Butte, MT died April 14, 2023 at the age of 75. He joined his family’s business, Axelson Funeral and Cremation Services as a licensed funeral director, a career that lasted fifty years. Steve also owned and operated Butte Crematories. He graduated from the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science in 1973.
