RONALD FREDERICK DODD of Georgetown, DE died December 25, 2024 at the age of 91. A retired funeral director for over 30 years, he served his apprenticeship with Ronald James in Millsboro before operating independently starting in 1957. Dodd purchased the funeral services business of the Carey family in Georgetown, and he merged the Dodd-Carey Funeral Home in 1967. He graduated from the Eckels College of Mortuary Science.
