ROBERT HENRY "BOBBY" THOMAS JR of Granite City, IL died September 30, 2018 at the age of 55. He began working as a third generation funeral director at his family's business, Thomas Mortuary in Granite City. Bobby also worked for several other funeral homes throughout his career, most recently with Bucholz Mortuary in St. Louis, MO. He graduated from the St. Louis Community College at Forest Park with a degree in mortuary science.
