ROBERT LEE SPENCER

ROBERT LEE SPENCER of Harpers Ferry, WV died June 18, 2020 at the age of 75. A funeral director for over fifty years, he was the owner and operator of Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home from 1989 until his death. He graduated from the American Academy McAllister Institute of Mortuary Science.
