ROBERT G. "BOB" RICHARDSON

ROBERT G. "BOB" RICHARDSON of Galion, OH died December 25, 2014 at the age of 92. He was a licensed funeral director and embalmer for more than 66 years. He partnered with Herman Volk and formed the Volk-Richardson Funeral Home, which he purchased following Herman's death in 1962. He owned and operated the firm until his retirement in 1984, then served as a consultant to his successors at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home for 29 years. He was a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association and graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1948.
