ROBERT RUSSELL MCCABE

ROBERT RUSSELL MCCABE of Placida, FL died March 25, 2026. He entered business with his father, Howard, manufacturing casket parts at W & M Manufacturing in Geneva, IN, which later relocated to Portland, IN. What began as a father-and-son operation grew into a family enterprise, with his brother-in-law, sister, and mother joining and expanding the business from one small factory to two, including Pier-Mac Plastics and eventually Accelerate Curing, Inc. McCabe served as a past president of the Casket & Funeral Supply Association of America.
