ROBERT L. “BOBBY” ELLIS

ROBERT L. “BOBBY” ELLIS of Moreland, KY died April 25, 2025 at the age of 80. He began working for the W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home at the age of 13, washing hearses and setting chairs. Throughout his life, Bobby continued to work part-time at the firm, where he had operated the ambulance service and assisted with the removals, visitations and funeral services. After receiving his funeral director’s license in 2007, he became a full-time employee and continued to serve the firm as a licensed funeral director.
