RICHARD G. THOMAS

RICHARD G. THOMAS of Hughesville, PA died March 11, 2014 at the age of 77. In 1972, he partnered with the Gordon D. McCarthy Funeral Home, forming the McCarthy-Thomas Funeral Home. He served the families of Hughesville and the surrounding communities for over 35 years, retiring in 2007. He was a life member of the Central Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association, with over 50 years of continued service, and served as president from1987 until 1988. He graduated from the Eckel's College of Mortuary Science in 1962.
