RICHARD E. PHILLIPS

RICHARD E. PHILLIPS of Cincinnati, OH died November 16, 2022 at the age of 83. A retired funeral director, he began working for his uncle in Tiffin, OH before joining the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home, where he worked for forty-one years. A graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association.
