RICHARD ALLEN MCDOWELL

RICHARD ALLEN MCDOWELL of Littleton, CO, formerly of Blue Springs, MO died February 18, 2025 at the age of 82. He worked at McGilley Memorial Chapel in Kansas City before acquiring his own funeral home in Odessa, MO in 1976. McDowell owned and operated The Husman-Sparks-McDowell Chapel for 37 years. A 1963 graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Missouri Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
