RICHARD "DICK" DUNLAP LOWNES

RICHARD "DICK" DUNLAP LOWNES SR of Harleysville, PA and formerly of Lafayette Hill, PA died October 24, 2016 at the age of 86. He was a fourth generation funeral director, mortician and owner of Lownes Family Funeral Home, which was founded by his grandfather, William A. Dunlap, in 1888 as Dunlap-Lownes Funeral Home. He retired in 1992 after his son, Randall Lownes took over operation. He graduated from the H. E. Dolan College of Mortuary Science in Philadelphia in 1950.
