RICHARD L. DEAN SR

RICHARD L. DEAN SR of Beloit, OH died February 8, 2019 at the age of 74. He was the owner, operator and director of Dean's Livery Service and Dean's Fu-neral Home in Sebring for 27 years. A 1989 graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, he was a member of Ohio Funeral Directors Association and the Mount Union Cemetery Association.
