RAYMOND A. LaFRAMBOISE

RAYMOND A. LaFRAMBOISE of Wells, ME died February 1, 2014 at the age of 83. He was a funeral director and embalmer at Watson Funeral Home in Cambridge, MA, Dickinson Streeter Funeral Home in Springfield and Wilhelm Funeral Home in Miami, FL. In 1959, he purchased his own business, LaFramboise Funeral Home in Winchendon, MA. He sold the business in 1972, and began working for Royal Bond in Saint Louis, MO, selling funeral supplies and later worked as regional sales manager. In 1991, he was employed by The Embalmers' Supply Co, as national and international sales manager. He traveled extensively presenting seminars on embalming at colleges across the nation and overseas, retiring in 2005. He was a past member of the National Funeral Directors Association, and the British Institute of Embalming.
