RACHEL E. LIQUZINSKI

RACHEL E. LIQUZINSKI of Lagrange, OH died July 23, 2024 at the age of 46. A licensed funeral director and embalmer for twenty-three years, she served as the Technical Supervisor of Mortality and Autopsy Services at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland at the time of her death. A 1999 graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, Liquzinski was presented with the Ohio Embalmers Association’s Lester W. Wakeman Award for excellence in the combined theory and practice of embalming. She also served as a longtime member, past president and advisory board member of the Embalmers Association of Cleveland.
