PHILIP MICHAEL "NEW" NEAL

PHILIP MICHAEL "NEW" NEAL II of Catletts-burg, KY died July 5, 2015 at the age of 49. He was a second generation funeral director and owner of Neal-Kilgore & Collier Funeral Homes. He served as a Boyd County deputy coroner for 20 years. He graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1987, he served on the board of the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky from 2004-2012 and was president from 2009-2010.
