PAUL COUNCIAL ROLLINS SR of Tuscaloosa, AL died November 21, 2017 at the age of 79. A licensed funeral director and embalmer, he was the owner of Rollins Mortuary, which he established alongside his wife, the late Shirley Ann Smith Rollins in 1968.
