PATRICIA “PAT” MOORE

PATRICIA “PAT” MOORE of Wayne, NJ died October 8, 2022 at the age of 66. A licensed funeral director and embalmer, she worked alongside her husband, Robert Cowell Moore IV, at their family-owned business, Moore’s Home for Funerals in Wayne for more than thirty-five years, where she eventually became a co-owner. Pat received her associates degree in funeral service from the Mercer County Community College in 1985 and was former member of its Funeral Service Advisory Committee. She served on the customer advisory board for Batesville Casket Company and was a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association and the Passaic County Funeral Directors Association, where she served as treasurer for the past twenty-five years.
