OLIVER WENDELL LOMAX

OLIVER WENDELL LOMAX of Dallas, TX died December 27, 2020 at the age of 73. A funeral director for over forty years, he served his apprenticeship at the Black and Clark Funeral Home. Lomax worked at several funeral homes before establishing the Lomax Funeral Home in 1989. A 1976 graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association, Independent Funeral Directors of Texas Inc, Dallas Local Funeral Director Association, Pi Sigma Eta Fraternity, and the Funeral Service Practitioners Association.
