NOE HAMMER of West Haverstraw, NY formerly of New York, NY died February 6, 2020 at the age of 42. He was a licensed funeral director in both New York and New Jersey, having worked in every aspect of the funeral industry until his final role as general manager of T. J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Haverstraw and Garnerville. He graduated from the American Academy of McAllister Institute of Mortuary Science in 1999.
