MICHAEL THOMAS AHEARN of Northampton, MA died January 24, 2021 at the age of 55. A funeral director, he worked at the former John F. O'Connell Funeral Home in Northampton, AA Mariani Funeral Home in Providence, RI and the Tripp Funeral Home in Pawtucket, RI before founding the Ahearn Funeral Home in Northampton in 2000. A 1986 graduate of the New England Institute of Mortuary Science, he served on the board of directors for the Western Massachusetts Independent Funeral Directors Association and the Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association.
