MATTHEW R. BRUCE of Northborough, MA died March 21, 2014 at the age of 26. He was a licensed funeral director at Mercadante Funeral Home and Chapel in Worcester, MA. He previously worked at Hays Funeral Home in Northborough and Rand-Harper-Pickering Funeral Home in Westborough as an apprentice. He enrolled in the funeral service pro-gram at Mount Ida College, graduating in 2007.
