MARK VINCENT YANAITIS

MARK VINCENT YANAITIS of Plains, PA died June 4, 2014 at the age of 66. He was a funeral director at Yanaitis Funeral Home, which his father, Vincent W. Yanaitis established in 1938. He began operating the funeral home after his father passed in 1981. He continued his service for 41 years until retiring in 2013. His son, Christopher, a third generation funeral director took over operations of the business to succeed Mark into the business' 76th year of operation. He graduated from the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in 1971.
