MARK HORNIBROOK of Portland, OR died February 9, 2022 at the age of 70. He began his career in Batesville, IN at Hillenbrand Industries. Hornibrook was a member of the original team that created Forethought Life Insurance Company. He founded PreQuest in 1990. Along with Bret Davis in 2004 he cofounded Precoa, initially known as Lincoln Heritage Funeral Planning.
