MARK LIGGETT HALL of Warren, OH died August 4, 2015 at the age of 87. He was a licensed funeral director for over 50 years and served as president of the Carl W. Hall Funeral Service, Inc for 28 years. He graduated from the Cleveland College of Mortuary Science.
