LEROY “LEE” DALE WILLIM

LEROY “LEE” DALE WILLIM of Fort Myers, FL, formerly of Clear Lake and Clarion, IA, died December 11, 2025 at the age of 85. A retired Iowa funeral director, he worked at Pursel-Davis Funeral Home in Marshalltown from his sophomore year of high school until 1962. In 1968, he and his wife, Janice, purchased funeral homes in Dows and Latimer and in 1977, they purchased Eyler Funeral Home in Clarion. Throughout his career, Willim also owned and operated funeral homes in Belmond, Klemme and Eagle Grove. A member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the Iowa Funeral Directors Association, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in mortuary science from the University of Cincinnati in 1962.
