KENNETH J MAHER

KENNETH J. MAHER of Saint James, NY died December 25, 2020 at the age of 70. A licensed funeral director since 1974, he served his internship and residency at Garlick Funeral Homes in Brooklyn and was hired as the assistant manager of the Garden City Chapel of Fairchild Sons Funeral Homes in 1976. Maher was the owner of the St. James Funeral Home for over forty-three years. A 1973 graduate of the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Ser-vice, he was a member of the Nassau-Suffolk Funeral Directors Association.
