JOSEPH E. NUTTER

JOSEPH E. NUTTER of Lost Creek, WV died April 13, 2017 at the age of 80. He was the former owner, funeral director and embalmer at Davis Weaver Funeral Home in Clarksburg, WV, retiring in 2003. A graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, he conducted a seminar on Death and the Clergy for the American College in Belgium. He was a member of the West Virginia Funeral Directors Association and served as president of the association in 1987. He was presented with the Charles E. Dodd Award and the Funeral Director of the Year Award for 2005.
