JOHN THOMAS "TOM" FRALEY

JOHN THOMAS "TOM" FRALEY of Moorefield, WV died July 8, 2015 at the age of 77. He began his career in funeral service with Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home in Catlettsburg, and later served his apprenticeship with Doug Bryant at the Keyser Funeral Home in Beckley. In 1971, he assumed ownership of the former Thursh Funeral Home in Moorefield, where he continued to operate it as Fraley Funeral Home until retiring in 2009 as a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He graduated from the Cincinnati College of Embalming in 1960. He was as a member of the Potomac Valley Funeral Directors Association, the West Virginia Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
