JOHN STANTON FARRELL of Cohoes, NY died April 29, 2025 at the age of 79. A licensed funeral director since 1971, he was the owner and operator of Stanton-Farrell Funeral Home, which was founded by his grandfather, Edward J. Stanton in the 1900’s. A graduate of the Simmons Institute of Funeral Service, Farrell was a member of the Capital District Funeral Directors Association.
