JERRY JOHNSON GRIFFEY

JERRY JOHNSON GRIFFEY of Fountain City, TN died October 7, 2024 at the age of 90. A funeral director, he and his late wife, Joan owned and operated the Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel for 40 years. A 1954 graduate of the Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service, Griffey was a member of the Greater Knoxville Funeral Directors Association, Tennessee Funeral Directors Association, National Funeral Directors Association, and the Selected Independent Funeral Homes.
