JERRY BERNARD “J.B.” BARR of Charles Town, WV died April 6, 2023 at the age of 69. A past president of the Eastern Panhandle Funeral Directors Association, he was a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, and the West Virginia Funeral Directors Association.
