JEROME “JERRY” DRAEGER

JEROME “JERRY” DRAEGER of Racine, WI died June 17, 2025 at the age of 93. A licensed funeral director since 1958, he owned and operated the Draeger Funeral Home alongside his father, William, and brother, Martin. In 1977, he partnered with Gary Langendorf, forming Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home. After serving the Racine community for 33 years, Jerry returned to manage and operate the onsite crematory when the new funeral home was built. A graduate of the Wisconsin Institute of Mortuary Science, he was a member and served as president of the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association.
