IRVING ROBERT EMMERICH

IRVING ROBERT EMMERICH of Avon Lake, OH died June 23, 2015 at the age of 96. He was a licensed funeral director, embalmer, founder and former owner of Emmerich Funeral Home in Amherst, OH, which is now Hempel Funeral Home. He previously served as the owner and CEO of Daniels Emmerich Funeral Home in Lakewood, OH. He graduated from the Cleveland College of Mortuary Science in 1943 and was a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association, Cuyahoga Funeral Directors Association, the Greater Lorain Funeral Directors Association and the Cleveland Embalmers Club.
