HERSCHEL ERNEST KIMES, JR of Parkersburg, WV died March 26, 2017 at the age of 87. He was a licensed funeral director and owner of Kimes Funeral Home until 1977. He was the great uncle of Rob Kimes, WVFDA Executive Director and Brad Kimes, current owner of Kimes Funeral Home.
