HERBERT "HERB" H. MOORE of Vinton, OH died April 26, 2021 at the age of 85. A funeral director and embalmer since 1970, he worked at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Homes in Vinton and Gallipolis until the time of his passing. A 1969 graduate of the Cincinnati School of Mortuary Science, he was a fifty-year member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association.
