HENRY & ANN JORDAN

HENRY "TRAIL" HUNTER JORDAN JR, 73, and his wife, ANN FIRESTONE JORDAN, 71, of Kosciusko, MS died December 19, 2016 during an early morning house fire. Trail and Ann were owners of Jordan Funeral Home, which was established by his grandfather, L. W. Jordan, Sr. in 1904 and is now in its fourth generation of continuous service to Central Mississippi.
Trail graduated from the John A. Gupton College of Mortuary Science in 1964 and was appointed secre-tary/treasurer of the Mississippi Board of Funeral Service in 1976, where he served for sixteen years. He was past president of the Mississippi Funeral Directors Association, 1990 president of the Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards, and was a member of the American Board of Funeral Service Education, Selected Independent Funeral Homes and the International order of the Golden Rule.
