GREGORY FORBES

GREGORY FORBES of Parsons, KS died June 12, 2021 at the age of 52. A licensed funeral director, embalmer and life insurance agent, he established Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in 2000 alongside Marlan Hoffman. In 2004, the partners expanded the business by purchasing Bath Funeral Homes in Altamont and Chetopa. A member of the Kansas Funeral Directors Association, and the National Funeral Directors Association, Forbes earned a bachelor's degree in funeral service from Central State University in Edmond, OK in 1991.
