GEORGE WELDON BRIGGS

GEORGE WELDON BRIGGS of Jennings, LA died March 28, 2017 at the age of 96. He was the oldest licensed funeral director and embalmer in the state of Louisiana. A graduate of the Southern School of Morticians in Shreveport, he was a member of the Louisiana Funeral Directors Association.
