FRANCIS L PLUMLY

FRANCIS L. PLUMLY of Barnesville, OH died October 14, 2019 at the age of 96. A retired funeral director, he was the former owner and operator of Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, which he began working at in 1948. A graduate of the Cleveland College of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association.
